Last weeks MedMob, flash meditation in Westlake was wonderful.  We had 20+ people participating and the rain cleared just for the hours we were there. Truely divine! We were joined by the Buddhist meditation group that meets there nightly as well as a bell ringing round of cyclists!  You are welcome to join in any evening you might be downtown.   It was so fun, we are going to do it again on 11-11-11.  Here's a reminder why:  Patricia Cota Robles: 11-11-11 The Cosmic Moment Is NOW! Description of  MedMob: Seattle 11-11-11 event on Facebook Since the November MedMob is likely to be wet, an idea is to plan for a walking meditation. It will also be dark, so if everyone brought a light to carry, it would be lovely for us to walk in illumination. Those who are comfortable sitting in the cold could sit in the middle and we could come to the plaza from all directions, turn on our light (the battery powered candles are perfect) and walk to the meditation to join in.
